DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (4 NOVEMBER 2002)

On 4 November 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) suspend central market trading in ORS of Rokiskio Suris AB (code 10037)

on 12 November 2002 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders meeting, which is to take place on 15 November 2002;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Energija AB (code 11768)

on 14 November 2002 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders meeting, which is to take place on 19 November 2002;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of Utenos Trikotazas AB (code 10932)

on 18 November 2002 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders meeting, which is to take place on 21 November 2002;

4) admit ORS of Aliejus AB (code 11488, ticker ALIE) to the Current List group

of securities, the issuer of which seeks to buy-in own shares and has no

long-term intention to quote its shares on the Current List, on 18 November

2002. Price fluctuation margins shall not be applied;

5) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Energija AB (code 11768)

from 19 November 2002 until the day the material event is announced, due to

the shareholders’ meeting. Reduction of the authorised capital;

6) suspend central market trading in ORS of Utenos Trikotazas AB (code 10932)

from 21 November 2002 until the day the material event is announced, due to

the shareholders’ meeting. Reduction of the authorised capital;

7) remove ORS Dainiai (code 11694) from the Current List group of securities,

the issuer of which seeks to buy-in own shares and has no long-term intention

to quote its shares on the Current List, on 4 December 2002 and to transfer

them to the tier of Unlisted securities. Sub-paragraph 71.2 of the Trading

Rules of the Stock Exchange (“upon request of the issuer of these securities”).

To admit these securities to the group of Unlisted securities to which central

market procedures apply.
