PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS

TRANSPORTO LAIVYNAS AB



As of 6 December 2002, price fluctuation margins will not be applied to shares

of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB (code 11964). In order to protect

investors’ interests (after the Privatisation Commission approved the programme

of privatisation, the price per share was set at LTL 0.46) (Decision of the

Listing Department, 5 December 2002).
