As of 6 December 2002, price fluctuation margins will not be applied to shares

of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB (code 12599). In order to protect investors’

interests (after the Privatisation Commission approved the programme of

privatisation, the price per share was set at LTL 0.15) (Decision of the

Listing Department, 5 December 2002).
