On 12 December 2002, Mintaka UAB owned 11.19% of the company’s

votes by the right of ownership.

On 18 December 2002, Mintaka UAB owned 8.90% of the company’s

votes by the right of ownership.

On 12 December 2002, Prekybos Namai Aiva UAB owned 18.14% of the company’s

votes by the right of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 19 December 2002.
