PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO SECURITIES OF SIAULIU BANKAS AB



Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of

Siauliu Bankas AB (code 10225) from 24 December 2002, inclusive,

assimilated issues  (decision of the Listing Department, 20 December 2002).

On 23 December 2002, at the Central Securities Depoasitory share issues of

Siauliu Bankas AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of the

issue 10225 will be 760420 units, nominal value – LTL 50, the total nominal

value – LTL 38021000 .
