INFORMATION ABOUT TRADING IN LIETUVOS TELEKOMAS’ SHARES IS AVAILABLE ONLINE AT

AB Lietuvos Telekomas was the first among the Lithuanian companies listed on

the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania (NSEL) to start provision of

information about trading in the Company’s shares on 15 January 2003. The

information is available on the web page for Investor Relations at its website

During the trading hours (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on business days), the quotes

are delayed by 20 minutes. After the end of the session the latest closing data

is shown. The information will include the opening, lowest, highest and last

price of Lietuvos Telekomas’ shares during the ongoing trading session as well

as the price change as compared with the price in the previous session. Trading

turnover data, total supply and demand in the Company’s shares together with

the value of the Stock Exchange’s Litin-10 index will also be available at the

website.



Since the year 2000 Company’s shares are listed on the Official List of the

NSEL and Lietuvos Telekomas’ GDRs are traded on the London Stock Exchange. AB

Lietuvos Telekomas is the only Lithuanian company whose securities are traded

in London. Shares of the Company enjoy the highest liquidity on the National

Stock Exchange of Lithuania and the number of concluded transactions is the

highest on the NSEL. Lietuvos Telekomas’ market capitalisation (value of all

its shares calculated on the market price) is also the largest in Lithuania.
