On 24 January 2003, an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting of

Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB was held.

It resolved as follows:

1.To allow pledging the company’s long-term assets, guaranteeing meting

of credits and other liabilities, to the banks.
