FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY OF VILNIAUS VINGIS AB



On 3 February 2003, the Board of Vilniaus Vingis AB approved the company’s

financial accountability for 2002 reporting pre-audit net profit to be

LTL 12.043 million. In 2001, the company’s audited net profit was LTL 9.328

million.
