PRELIMINARY ACTIVITY RESULT FOR 2002

Due to unfavorable export conditions, decline of prices and US dollar exchange

rate, the Rokiškio Sūris AB group suffered in 2002 a preliminary loss of about

LTL 3 million (valuing by the International Accounting Standards).

This activity result is pre-audit and not approved by the Board.
