On 10 March 2003 the Supervisory Council of Mažeikių Elektrinė AB removed

Board members D. Pečiulis and R. Šležas from the Board and elected Remigijus

Kalkauskas (Technical Director of  Mažeikių Elektrinė AB) and Laurentina

Garbauskienė (specialist of the Equity Management Department of the State

Property Fund) as new members.
