Item 6 of the announcement of the resolutions of the General Meeting of Sanitas

AB held on 24 April 2003 has been updated as follows:

6. Resolution to permit the company to acquire own shares and to form for that

purpose a reserve of LTL 4 450 368. Time period for the acquisition of own

shares is 12 months. The minimum share price is LTL 3, and the maximum price is

LTL  8.
