REGARDING ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRELIMINARY ACTIVITY RESULT OF THE ACCOUNTING PERIOD

LISCO BALTIC SERVICE ABwill announce its activity result of the 1st quarter of

2003 by 21 May 2003. The reason for that is that the activity result of LISCO

BALTIC SERVICE AB is a material event with respect to its main shareholder DFDS

Tor Line A/S, which is a subsidiary of DFDS A/S. Thus, the announcement of

LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB’s activity result of the 1st quarter of 2003 is a

material event with respect to DFDS A/S, and on the basis of the principle of

simultaneity, this material event may be announced only when DFDS A/S submits

this information to Copenhagen Stock Exchange
