ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARE OF SNAIGE AB



On 31 March 2003, Amber Trust SCA (Liuxembourg) owned 10.01% of the company’s

votes by the right of ownership.

The notification about acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

NSEL on 2 May 2003.
