CANCELLED THE SPECIAL STATUS OF ONE SHARE



On 22 May 2003, following the resolution of the General Meeting of

AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ shareholders held on 28 April 2003, the Lithuanian

Securities Commission cancelled the special status of one share of AB Lietuvos

Telekomas by reregistering it into one ordinary registered share.
