TRADING IN SECURITIES OF LIFOSA AB WILL BE SUSPENDED



Lifosa AB submitted a written notification to the NSEL that on 3 June 2003

documents for registration of the reduction of the company’s authorized capital

and change of the nominal value of the shares with the Register of Enterprises

will be filed with the manager of the Register of Enterprises.

By the decision of the Listing Department of 26 May 2003, trading in securities

of Lifosa AB (code 11669) will be suspended on 29 May 2003 until the day of

correction of the general account at the Central Securities Depository,

inclusively.

NSEL Trading Rules, paragraphs 61 and 67 (in order to protect investors’

interests; reduction of the authorized capital by reducing the nominal values

of shares).
