DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (9 JUNE 2003)



On 9 June 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Panevėžio Statybos Srestas AB

(code 10144) on 11 June  2003 in order to protect interests of investors due

to the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 16 June 2003 ;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Sanitas AB (code 10617) on 13 June 

2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’

meeting, which is to take place on 18 June 2003;

3)remove from the Current List and enter into the group of Unlisted

Securities subject to central market procedures ORS of Trinyčiai(code 11120) on

16 June 2003. Section 71.1 of the Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange (the

issuer fails to meet the requirements set in the NSEL Trading Rules);

4)suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipėdos Nafta AB (code 11165) on

19 June 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 24 June 2003;

5)suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipėdos Transporto Laivynas AB

(code 11964) on 24 June 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to

the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 27 June 2003;

6) remove ORS Kelmės Pieninė (code 11419) from the Current List group of

securities, the issuer of which seeks to buy-in own shares and has no long-term

intention to quote its shares on the Current List, on 9 July 2003 and to

transfer them to the tier of Unlisted securities. Sub-paragraph 71.2 of the

Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange (“upon request of the issuer of these

securities”). To admit these securities to the group of Unlisted securities to

which central market procedures apply.
