PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO SHARES OF LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ AB



On 16 June 2003, price fluctuation margins will not be applied to shares of

Lietuvos Elektrinė AB (code 12635), issue is reduced

(decision of the Listing Department of 11 June 2003).

On 13 June 2003, share issues of Lietuvos Elektrinė AB will be reduced at the

Central Securities Depository. After the change the size of issue coded 12635

will be 145800689 units with the nominal value of LTL 1 and the total nominal

value of LTL 145800689.
