FOR THE ATTENTION OF SHAREHOLDERS OF RYTŲ SKIRSTOMIEJI TINKLAI AB

The General Meeting of RYTŲ SKIRSTOMIEJI TINKLAI AB held on 30 April 2003
adopted a resolution to pay to shareholders LTL 0.0212 dividends per share.
Dividends are subject to 15% income tax tariff.
The right to receive dividends is granted to persons who on the day of the
General Meeting, i.e. 30 April 2003, were the shareholders of the company.
Payment of dividends will start in July 2003 and will be conducted in the
following manner:
-For shareholders whose shares are accounted by FBF Finasta AB (authorized
entity of RYTŲ SKIRSTOMIEJI TINKLAI AB for payment of dividends) the sum of
dividends, less the income tax, will be transferred to the account in any
Lithuanian commercial bank indicated by the shareholder.
The company’s shareholders are kindly asked to send to FBF Finasta AB
(established at Konstitucijos av. 23, LT-2600, Vilnius) applications requesting
transfer of dividends and indicating personal data (name, family name, personal
ID number, address) and the requisites of the personal bank account (account
number, bank name, bank code).
Person who have already notified FBF Finasta AB about their accounts (in 2002
dividends for Lietuvos Energija AB shares were transferred to them) are not
required to make repeat requests. Dividends will be transferred to the bank
account indicated by them previously.
-For shareholders whose shares are accounted by other finance brokerage firms
or divisions of banks providing securities accounting services the sum of
dividends, less the income tax, will be transferred to the account of the
shareholder opened in that firm or bank division.
Those shareholders are kindly asked to contact their securities account manager
on that matter.
