PLACING  THE COMPANY’S SHARES ON THE NSEL’S OFFICIAL LIST

A meeting of the Supervisory Board of Vilniaus Baldų Kombinatas AB held on

26 June 2003 resolved to address the NSEL regarding placing  the company’s

shares on the NSEL’s Official List. On this occasion, the company is planning

to arrange on 30 June 2003, at 2 p.m., a presentation intended for investors

and media representatives to be held at the National Stock Exchange.
