INVITATION TO THE PRESS-CONFERENCE OF ALITA AB



Alita AB, the bigest in Lithuania producer of sparkling wine,

 being currently under privatization process, has announced

 the successful close of the half-year of 2003. With respect

 to this, the Alita AB is organizing press conference on July

 15, 2003, at 2.30 p.m., where the half-year financial results,

 investments made to the production modernisation and production

 quality, achievements made in marketing and sales, also as the

 company's future activity plans will be announced.

The general manager of Alita AB Vytautas Junevicius, production

 manager Arvydas Stankevicius, marketing and sale manager

 Darius Vezelis, finance and administration director Vilmantas

 Peciura will participate at the press conference.

The press conference is going to be held in the conference hall

 of the National Stock Exchange (Vilnius, Konstitucijos av. 23).
