On 18 August 2003, Kremi UAB owned 10.90 % of Sanitas AB

votes by the right of ownership.

On 18 August 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB owned 17.98% of Sanitas

AB votes by the right of ownership.

On 21 August 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB owned 50.78% of Sanitas

AB votes by the right of ownership.

On 21 August 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB owned 44.59% of Sanitas

AB votes by the right of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 22 August 2003.
