On 16 September 2003 the company’s Roze AB ordinary registered shares

(code 10208), to which central market procedures apply, will be removed out of

the Unlisted Securities List due to the cancelling of registration of shares

(company is reorganized into closed-end company). (Listing department’s

decision, 12/09/2003).
