REGARDING MAZEIKIU NAFTA UAB TRADING HOUSE’S INCREASE OF THE AUTHORISED CAPITAL

In the meeting held on 18 September 2003 the Board Mazeikiu Nafta AB adopted

a resolution to increase the authorised capital of Mazeikiu Nafta UAB

trading house up to LTL 7 060 000, by issuing a new 1 300 000 ordinary

registered shares issue with the nominal (face) value of each share of LTL 1

and the total issue value of LTL 1 300 000. Mazeikiu Nafta AB will acquire all

the issued shares.
