On 25 September 2003, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved a request of

Kjell-Ove Blom, General Manager of the Company, for resignation from the

position of General Manager of AB Lietuvos Telekomas as of 31 December 2003 and

appointed Arunas Siksta as a new General Manager of AB Lietuvos Telekomas from

2 January 2004.
