Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Ukio Bankas AB

(code 10235) from 12 November 2003, inclusive, assimilated issues

(decision of the Listing Department, 10 November 2003).

On 11 November 2003, at the Central Securities Depoasitory share issues of

Ukio Bankas AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of the issue

10235 will be 8 892 333 units, nominal value – LTL 12, the total nominal

value – LTL 106 707 996.
