RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



On 13 November 2003 AB Sanitas Supervisory Board

made a decision to accept the company General

Director Arvydas Kazakevičius' office resignation,

starting with 13 November 2003.

Donatas Jazukevičius was elected as the General Director

of AB Sanitas from 14 November 2003.
