DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (17 NOVEMBER 2003)



On 17 November 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)admit ORS of Anyksciu Kvarcas AB (code 12081, abbreviation ANKV) to a

securities group within the Current List, the issuers of which seek to buy-in

their own shares and have no long-term intentions to quote their shares on the

Current List, on 24 November 2003. Price fluctuation margins shall not be

applied;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Kauno Energija AB (code 12301)

on 25 November 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 28 November 2003.
