The Board of the public company Kauno Energija is placing an additional issue

on the  agenda of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting to be held at

12 p.m. on 28 November 2003:

Concerning  allocation of funds for the commemoration of Rimantas Ruzys, MP,

honorary  citizen of Kaunas, member of Kaunas municipality Council, Chairman of

the organisation of Afganistan war veterans, member of the Supervisory Board of

Kauno Energija AB.
