NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE ACQUISITION AND THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF

SANITAS AB



On 14 November 2003, Siauliu Bankas AB owned 12.80 % of Sanitas AB votes by

the right of ownership.

On 14 November 2003, Kremi UAB owned 54.42 % of Sanitas AB votes by the right

of ownership.

On 14 November 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe AB lost all the votes of

Sanitas AB.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 21 and 24 November 2003.
