TRADING IN SECURITIES OF BANKAS NORD/LB LIETUVA AB WILL BE SUSPENDED



Trading will be suspended in ORS of Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB (code 10017 and

12673) on 8 December 2003 until the day the material event is announced, due to

general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 8 December 2003 ). Increase of

the share capital (decision of the Board, 1 December 2003).
