On 23 December 2003, the Supervisory Board of Vakarų Skirstomieji Tinklai AB

removed members the Company’s Board and elected new members of the Board:

M.Bagdonavicius, M.Marcinkevicius, Z.Marcinkevicius, J.Numavicius, and

R.Vaitkevicius.



On 23 December 2003, the Board elected Z.Marcinkevicius Chairman of the Board.
