AB BANKAS NORD/LB LIETUVA ALLOTTED EUR 50 MILLION FACE VALUE NOTES ISSUE.



On 29 December 2003 (Monday), AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva allotted

three-year EUR 50 million face value Floating Rate Notes issue.

Germany’s bank Bankgesellschaft Berlin purchased the notes issue.

This is the first notes issue of a commercial bank registered in

Lithuania to be allotted on a market of foreign capital.
