On 6 January 2004, a meeting of the Board was held that decided to remove from

office the Company’s Director General Arunas Keserauskas from 6 January 2004 at

his own request; to elect Darius Nedzinskas Director General of the company

Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai from 2 February 2004; to elect Zilvinas

Marcinkevicius Acting Director General of the Company from 7 January 2004 to 1

February 2004.
