On the 13th January, 2004 were sign Purchasement

- Selling Agreements between UAB "Pieno pramonės

investicijų valdymas", UAB "Survesta", Europen

reconstruction and development bank and East

European Food Fund. According to these Agreements,

shares will be purchase by 45,10 Lt per 1 share.
