DECISIONS OF THE BOARD



The Board of AB EKRANAS decided to approve

the following targets for 2004:



1.To produce and sell:



     -min – 4.5 mill. TV tubes;

     -max – 5.1 mill. TV tubes.



2.Try to achieve annual turnover up to 560 mill. LTL.



3.Seek to generate profit before taxes:



     -min – 25 mill.LTL

     -max – 35 mill. LTL.



4.To invest into production and Company’s development 56 mill. LTL.



5.In the 4th quarter to start the fourth-new assembly line into

operation and to increase production significantly.
