NOTIFICATION REGARDING ACQUISITION AND LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF SANITAS AB



On 11 February 2004, Kremi UAB held 17.06%, Tomas Nauseda – 7.09%, and Darius

Zaromskis – 5.37% of Sanitas AB votes by the right of ownership.



On 12 February 2004, Jonas Bielinis and Kremi UAB held accordingly 7.09% and

30.47% of Sanitas AB votes by the right of ownership.



Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 18 February 2004.
