THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 16 April 2004, trading in ORS of Panevezio Statybos Trestas  AB (code 10144)

will be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of

the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

16-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts.(Decision of the Board of the NSEL of
