TRADING IN SECURITIES OF UTENOS TRIKOTAZAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 20 April 2004, trading in ORS of Utenos Trikotazas AB (code 10932) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 20-04-2004 ).

Approval of annual accounts.(Decision of the Board of the NSEL of 22 March
