TRADING IN SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS TRANSPORTO LAIVYNAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED

UNTIL THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 23 April 2004, trading in ORS of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB (code

11964) will be suspended until the announcement day through the information

system of the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be

held on 23-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts.(Decision of the Board of

the NSEL of 22 March 2004).
