CONCERNING SIGNING OF LONG-TERM AGREEMENT

On the decision of the meeting of the Board of Lietuvos Dujos AB of 24 March

2004, it was agreed to sign a long-term Agreement No.1 - 2000  on natural gas

supply between Lietuvos Dujos AB and the public company Gazprom fixing the

amount of natural gas and conditions of their supply to the Republic of

Lithuania in the period of 2000-2005 by adding items 12 and 13 and extending

the Agreement until 2015.
