REGARDING TO THE ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES



On 13 April 2004, an agreement of acquisition of the block of shares was

signed, according to which AB bankas Snoras acquired 100% of the authorised

capital of Verslo Vizija UAB.
