TRADING IN SECURITIES OF SANITAS AB WILL BE RENEWED



On 26 April 2004, trading in securities of Sanitas AB (code 10617) will be

renewed. At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to approve annual

accounts. At the meeting it was decided to reduce the authorized capital of

the company by annulling the acquired own shares (Resolution of the Listing

Department of 23 April 2004).
