CONCERNING THE FIRST QUARTER REPORT

Following the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Law on Securities

Market and of Annex 3 to the Rules on Periodical Disclosure of Information ,

the public company Vilniaus Vingis AB is required to submit a quarterly report

before 30 April 2004. As a new system of accounting, in compliance with the EU

standards and requirements, is currently under implementation, the quarterly

report will be prepared by 6 May 2004.
