REGARDING VALUATION OF LONG-TERM ASSETS

In 2003, valuation of long-term assets of Lietuvos Elektrine AB was made at

real value. This value is used in the accounting of the assets from 1 January

2004. As of 31 March 2004, long-term assets of Lietuvos Elektrine AB stood at

LTL 1,030,819,874.
