PERFORMANCE RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY – APRIL 2004



During the first four months of the current year the sales of Grigiskes AB,

the largest producer of hardboard and sanitary paper in Lithuania, amounted

to LTL 32,072 thousand; the company earned a profit of LTL 2,375.3 thousand.

Compared with the same period in 2003, the company’s profit went down by

0.07% (LTL 2,377 thousand last year), but the sales and services augmented

by 33.3% (LTL 24,057 thousand in 2003).



In April 2004, Grigiskes AB gained a profit of LTL 751.5 thousand. The profit

increased by 10.51% compared with LTL 680 thousand in April 2003.



In April 2004, the company’s sales and services increased by 17.1% compared

with the same period of the previous year and reached LTL 7,364.8 thousand. In

April 2003, the sales and services amounted to LTL 6,289 thousand.
