Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Klaipedos Nafta

AB (code 11165) from 26 May 2004, inclusive; Issues are assimilated (decision

of the Listing Department, 24 May 2004).

On 25 May 2004, at the Central Securities Depository issues of Klaipedos Nafta

AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of issue 11165 will be

342 000 000 units, nominal value: LTL 1, the total nominal value:

LTL 342 000 000.
