COMPLETION OF THE SECURITIES ISSUE OFFERING. RESULTS OF THE OFFERING

On 11 June 2004 Lietuvos Dujos AB  closed the 6 months’ maturity bond offering

for the amount of LTL 30 million. The offering was held for 30,000 bonds of the

nominal value LTL 1000. The bond issue was offered according to the 2-year debt

securities programme of LTL 100 million registered with the Lithuanian

Securities Commission on 27 May 2004. The bond issue was placed privately.
