TRADING IN SECURITIES OF SNAIGE AB WILL BE SUSPENDED



Snaige AB submitted a written notification to the NSEL that on 30 June 2004

documents concerning the reduction of the nominal value of shares will be

submitted to the Register of Enterprises.

Therefore, trading in securities of Snaige AB (code 10927) will be suspended on

25 June 2004 until the day of correction of the general account at the Central

 Securities Depository, inclusively. Paragraphs 149 and 144 of the Stock

Exchange Trading Rules (reduction of the nominal value of shares by

proportionally increasing the number of shares). (Resolution of the Listing
