On 23 June 2004, the Lithuanian Securities Commission registered a new issue of

the ordinary registered

shares of Lietuvos Dujos AB for the amount of LTL 170 438 918 (nominal of one

share is LTL 1.00). The

issue is issued by additional contributions of shareholders. The authorized

capital of the company is

increased from LTL 340 877 835 to LTL 511 316 753.
