Regarding issue of shares



On 22 July 2004, the Lithuanian Securities Commission registered a new issue of

the ordinary registered shares of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB for the amount of LTL

12.000.000 (twelve million) (nominal value of one share is LTL 1.00, price per

share is LTL 1.00). The company’s authorized capital is increased by the amount

equal to the sum of par value of the shares actually subscribed for.

	The shares may be subscribed for only by the persons or their authorized

representatives who were shareholders of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB at the close of

29 April 2004, i.e. of the day of the General Shareholders’ Meeting which

adopted the decision to increase the authorized capital. These shareholders may

subscribe for the newly issued shares pro rate to nominal value of the shares

held, i.e. the shareholders holding 27 shares may subscribe for one share of the

new issue of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB. Where the calculated number of LISCO

BALTIC SERVICE AB shares held is a fractional number, one share will be added to

the whole number of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB shares.

	Reimbursement period for the shares subscribed – not longer than 30 (thirty)

days from the day the shares have been subscribed for.

	The beginning of the subscription – 23 July 2004.

	The end of the subscription – 21 August 2004.

	Place of subscription for the shares: the registered office of LISCO BALTIC

SERVICE AB at 24 J.Janonio St., Klaipėda, tel. (8~46)393631, (8~46)393677.

Shares can be subscribed for on working days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
